1. Check the safety stop or auto reverse on your garage door.  Check all bolts and lubricate the wheels.

2. Check the fire extinguishers and make sure they are accessible and fully charged.

3. Clean the tub and sink drains: test detectors and GFCI outlets. (Check your homeowners guide for details)
