1. Fall is approaching and soon heating systems and fireplaces will kick in.  Have chimneys cleaned and evaluated for maintenance. Don't forget flue caps if you don't have them.

2. Clean the tub and sink drains: test detectors and GFCI outlets. (Check your homeowners guide for details)
